Was contacted by recruiter based in LA. Everything was very professional and planned so well until the point they ghosted me. It’s been month now and I haven’t heard anything from them. I had 3 interviews with senior members from practice and then final round with director. On the day after interview with Practice director recruiter reached out to me and told she will have an update for me and then ghosted. How can you ghost candidate after 5 rounds of interviews? Have courage and courtesy to tell or send at least email of rejection. Such a ridiculous process. I was so disappointed not because I didn’t got job but seeing unprofessionalism of this company I thought one of good names in consulting. I was wrong. My advice to people interviewing with this company , plz don’t waste your time unless you are jobless. They will waste your time.
