They only will interview you if you will rank them #1. They only want safe bets. They expect loyalty above all and a “good culture fit” and talked about “not playing games”. Red flags all around. The demeanor of the interviewer was 180 from his pitch during the informational webinar. Their pay is right on the average listed for the fellowship but they boast it is on the high end (it is not).
