Process was pretty quick. One phone call and one in-person day when I interviewed with folks at three different levels. They seemed very insistent on convincing me why their “horizontal model” was the best way for a consulting firm to be.
Screening with Recruiter, 3 rounds of interviews (one with practice lead, one with people leader, one with people leader of practice lead). Interview questions included behavioural questions, general questions about background, and light case questions

4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.
