I found the whole process to be very laid back. The interviewees wanted to get to know me as a consultant, but also as a person. My interviews felt very conversational and were truly two-way; it was evident that they wanted to get to know me, but also that they wanted me to get to know them. Questions were met with honest, well-thought out answers. Multiple interviews allowed me to gain a broadened perspective of current employees' experience working for Slalom and allowed Slalom multiple opportunities to interact with me as well.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
