My experience was very positive, and I was impressed by the efficiency and speed of the process. It took less than two weeks to go from the recruiter phone screen to offer letter.
The process included the initial recruiter phone screen, a half hour in-person one-on-one, and then a half day of several 1:1 interviews with four people.
Culture fit is very important to Slalom, as well as technical and consulting experience, so the questions focus on those things.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
