Very straightforward, contacted through email. In person interview where she gave a quick tour of the space and asked about your background. However, completely ghosted me after that. Not even a follow up email to say she went another way. Especially after I came in for a trial day. Emailed her for updates, never received an email from her. I understand it’s a small team, but at least have manners to get back to everyone you interviewed especially during this time of high unemployment. A huge let down.

The interview process was lengthy and they asked questions related to my prior experience working at other creative companies and studios. The interview was conducted by the manager on site.
