I interviewed with Sleeptopia for a role and had two rounds of interviews. The first interview went well — it was professional, friendly, and felt like a positive start. The second interview was with the ceo. While the conversation itself was cordial and seemed promising, the ceo joined the interview approximately 20 minutes late. Despite that, the discussion continued normally and gave the impression that the process was moving forward. Unfortunately, after the second interview, communication dropped off entirely. It has now been over a week and a half, and I have received no response to two thank-you emails or a follow-up email requesting an update. The lack of communication after what felt like a positive interview experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the interviews themselves were straightforward and conversational, but candidates should be prepared for potential delays and limited follow-up communication.
