Only guy has knowledge about big data.
very immatured people. Their director don't even know when to use data ware house and when to use batch jobs.
Overall worst experience.

Colloquio
I was connected to Slintel via Enthire.
First Discussion was with one of the Owners of the company where he gave me an overview about the company.
Second was Technical Discussion with Senior Data Engineer.
Third was assignment round which was shared to me and was to deliver within 5 days including weekend.
Fourth was final discussion which was again with the owner of the company where he explained me the responsibilities and discussed some of the challenges which needs to be solved and then later made me an offer.
