2 rounds. One call interview - mostly about the past experience and interests. One assignment - based on what you've applied for there is an assignment. Review takes about a week to hear from them. If a person has experience of something they would not apply for Intern position with meager salary, so giving them an assignment with in-depth analysis doesn't make sense. Rather upgrade the title if you really want experienced ones.
