There were three stages of the interview process: 1. HR interview. 2. Test assignment (finding bugs on a website). 3. Technical interview. The test assignment was quite interesting, with a variety of bugs to find. I also needed to identify the most critical bug and write a detailed bug report for it. The technical interview was with three QA team leads. They asked a lot of technical questions, and I found it interesting to answer them. The atmosphere was very friendly.
