I’ve just completed an interview for a Head of role. Appalling experience... I won’t progress my application. It is clear to me why your organisation is bankrupt, people like this 'lady' have worked for the organisation for almost a decade. Disrespectful, incompetent and inappropriate… It is now clear to why the Glassdoor scores are dismal.
