Interview process was muddy as they were working through a recruiting firm and on their own search to fill two roles. There were three virtual interviews (was supposed be two but one person needed to meet separately), and one in person full team interview + HR. References ran. Entire process took 4 weeks.
The full team interview (like 7 people) seemed promising, had a tour and everything seemed great. My concern was that the manager didn't have time to meet me just greeted me at the door.
In the end, they hired someone they found on their own. Was frustrating as I could have applied directly with them as well. Why hire a recruiting firm if you're not wiling to pay the fee?
