I talked to a recruiter for about 30 mins the Fellowship role. The conversation was okay and pretty basic questions. I was excited about the opportunity and followed up when I hadn’t heard back for a few weeks (she said a week). They never replied to my follow up and am now seeing people posting on LinkedIn that they accepted the role. I think the least they could do was take 2 minutes out of their day to update candidates on their status considering the amount of effort put in.
