Colloquio
Someone contacted me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested. They then promised a colleague would call me, which they didn't. So I applied online and got a call from an indian callcenter where the employee was clearly reading questions from a script without understanding my responses. I was then told I would get an offer of a first interview. A week later I got another call from another employee at an Indian call center asking me the exact same questions and misunderstanding my responses in exactly the same way. This employee did at least send me the spec and try to arrange the first interview, at which point I declined. If a company can't do basic interview filtering, it's not a company I wish to work for.

Domanda 1
Every single question was asked in a yes/no fashion. eg "You do CI/CD pipelines, yes?". The employees didn't seem to want anything other than yes/no, and using words of any technical level rendered them confused.
