The interview lasted about 20 minutes and the hiring manager seemed nervous. This clearly was a new position for them and the interviewer did not provide an accurate description of job duties until after I was hired.

Mostly over the phone and some online. Very nice. The managers and HR are kind, a little awkward at times but still good people. I liked working there until I decided to leave.
