They had us write at least a 5 minute presentation to describe ourselves like skills, interests, and general expectations with the company. Instructions was not to make it like we're reading a script but make it interesting. Great introduction to what is the vibe and the culture of the environment with the bosses

First interview was with the Community Manager, That is where you will know what Business Unit you will be assigned to. Then next would be with the Center Head/AVP, Manager, and Supervisor.
