The HR representative first contacted me via Linkedin and asked if we could schedule an interview.
The interview was an informal conversation with that representative and she was very polite. She asked me about myself and my experience and expectations. Then she proceeded to present the company to me and answered several questions I had about the company.

Colloquio
It an easy interview process, the interview is averagely easy and only basic questions. Questions about your personal life, hobbies and prefered modules in college, Tecnhical questions about what do you know regarding the job description.
Easy but confused, I had to question a lot of questions about the company, processes, salary and benefits. Interviewed by 3 different people for different projects and the projects and role were not clear at the interview
