I would start by saying it was a waste of time from the start. The HR is clearly not prepared enough and the Hiring Manager gave false hints of “liking you” which is very unprofessional. It was a standard 3 stages interview. I felt overqualified for the position. Hope HR manages to provide proper feedback for candidates next time.

Multiple rounds, telephonic round before and application selection, then technical interview, which is face to face / teams. 1 hour interview with 6 major questions and multiple sub questions. All the questions can be answered using star format.
