The hiring process had two steps. First I went in to their office to take two, one-hour java aptitude tests. The first was to write a program to read in a .dat file, parse the patients' information, then write out as a csv file. The second test was to find two bugs in the complete version of the code from the first test. After passing, I was invited back the next week for an in-person interview. Basic questions, i.e. how did you hear of our company, tell me about your background in programming, etc.

First interview consisted of a programming test. The test was taken on a computer by myself rather than talking one on one with a programmer. It was primarily a debugging problem with some written free response.
