The first interview took place in a rented office building. The owner and associates were professional and very knowledgeable about their market. They were very upfront about how the company worked: direct marketing for companies such as, and currently, Direct TV. Second interview took place an hour later at the same location and then we drove to the actual site where the sales reps were marketing and signing customer up for Direct TV. Management was very clear on the commission-only or min.wage pay scale (the greater of the two) and how you could advance to management within a few weeks. Great opportunity for entry level sales and for self-driven candidates who truly understand how a company like this works...
