I submitted my CV through a recruitment site and we had a 60 min video interview over Skype. We spoke about NDAs and the type of work they did, the hours and how much they could vary and their values as a company, their vision, their goals and their family. I was asked some questions about my previous roles, and we went over my portfolio and they had me explain what I had done, my reasons for doing it.
