I met with the Call Center Manager, and Marketing Manager for my interview. They were both kind and courteous. They made the environment feel comfortable and easy going. I was part of a group interview with 2 of my friends from my previous job. They used helpful analogies and verbiage that was easy to understand, even though HVAC was a new field to me. I had only had consumer knowledge up until that point. All in all it was a great experience. I moved up quickly in the business. They recognize and appreciate hard working people!
