Met with 3 individuals. An AE, Manager, and the Sales Director. AE was super realistic about the position. The manager was extremely direct and positive. Echoing what the AE had shared, thre manager was crystal clear on expectations and the process to follow. They all know what it takes to be successful at smartasset is sales. The director was brief and simply asked my ,"why I want to be a part of the team?" They know exactly what they are looking for and they understand sales process . The culture is highly protected and is in-line with my values. If you make it that far, I'm sure you have what it takes. Good luck!
