Applied online and got email for a phone screen fairly quick. Was told they want me to come in for an onsite interview. HR seems unorganized or don't know what they are doing. I was told the onsite would be 2-3 hrs but was only there for an hour or so. I was also told they'd have a response for next steps within a day or so but it was actually 2 or 3 weeks before anyone contacted me again. They told me they want me to come back in for another onsite that would be 3-4hrs again was only there for an hour or so. Also wanted me to do a take home assignment - seemed like they were just making things up for this assignment. I asked HR a couple questions about the assignment and they never got back to me. Went in for the 3rd interview (2nd onsite) and talked about the assignment for like 10mins. Then I had to wait around for the next person to be available for like 30mins. Also the next 2 people I met with were not in the office so I traveled 2.5hrs to talk to 2 people I had met the first time coming to the office wait a bunch and then skype the last 2 people. There was no reimbursement for traveling expenses or parking. Again was told they would get back to me in a day or so but it was a week. I ended up getting an offer from somewhere else and emailed the HR rep to let her know and check where they were in their process. No response at all. Then a week later i got an email from someone I had never spoken to or met to notify me I didn't get the position. Overall exhausting and drawn out process.
