I was called for a test which I was said was the first step of the interview. The first round was a written test that included an IQ test and an essay on any desired topic. There was no time limit for the test, which made it stress free. I passed the tests and was told to attend an HR interview after two days. Since the CEO was unavailable, my interview was set up for the next day. I went on for a face to face with the CEO the next day and had a very good experience with the overall interview. I was given my joining call by the end of the week.
