It starts with someone contacting you by them either noticing your resume online, or by applying to a position they have advertised. From what I remember, there are 3 interviews. After you clear those, there are all kinds of aptitude tests, IQ tests, and you have to obtain a different certification for each individual client. Some of which require a security clearance, some require a SmartSource Photo ID.
