The interview I had was nice. The HR first made us comfortable and then he started going in depth. As the job applied was for business process facilitator there weren't any technical questions but the interviewer was very keen on observing our body language out of the box thinking. He asked some what general questions which you need to answer relating with your job. Overall the process was nice.
