The interview process took 2 months.
My main concerns start from the phone screening. They keep asking and insisting to tell them an average salary and if you say a range they get frustrated. You can feel it through the change in voice tone and the sarcastic way.
During the main interview with the team, they were nice and humble. They kept asking the normal interview questions. They give you the feeling that you are accepted and they are willing to have you on the team. After the interview, you just get ignored with no reply.
My advice to the management team, meet people in person, be very true about your opinion of the candidates, trust people's potential rather than your gut feeling, be brave and hire people, and empower and be open to new people. There is never a superhero candidate we all have defects, learn to accept other people.
HR phone screening must be improved.
