Initially applied online via LinkedIn. Firstly there were 1:1 video interviews, then a face to face 90 day plan presentation, followed by undertaking a demo sessions of the Smartly platform in role play as a sales person to a potential client and finally some further 1:1 interviews (face to face and video)
