Initial phone screen by recruiter, followed by in person interview with hiring manager. Then a panel interview with executive vp of sales and vp of sales, inside sales manager and two sales engineers. Followed by doing a webex presentation of product to fictitional customer providing a Smartsheet solution.

HR screening > Hiring manager 1:1 > loop interview (sales manager > team interview > SE manager UK) > demo. Everyone was nice throughout the interview process, the company seemed like a nice place to work at. However, I got the feeling it must very bureaucratic. For example, this process took 2 months and 7 hours of interviews (plus prep time), for the position to then be frozen. Smartsheet should reconsider the actual need and budget for a new employee before going through such a lengthy process and wasting everyone's time.
