Applied online, had a 15 minute phone interview with HR Rep, then had a 45 minute video call with the hiring manager about a week later, then had a "Loop Interview" where I interviewed with 5 different people on the team/related teams that each lasted 30 minutes all back to back. Heard back a day or two after that, and it took maybe 2 weeks in total from the first interview, and between 3-4 weeks after I applied.

Almost entirely behavioral questions. First interview with HR was standard "tell me about yourself, when can you start, why Smartsheet?" etc., then with later interviews it was almost all "tell me about a time" or "how do you deal with ___" and so on.

It consist of 6 rounds of one-on-one interviews and one case study, extremely draining and it feels like an overkill. Got a denied email a few days later with zero feedback.
