The team initially showed great enthusiasm and engagement. After three interviews, a project assignment, and a meeting with the CEO, communication abruptly ceased without any explanation. Despite this setback, I ultimately found a more appealing offer. However, Smash My Trash should definitely work on enhancing their communication and refining their hiring process
