Don't remember. I did my online application well, got a call within 5 min. Interviewed and got the job immediately, the application is very important to Smashburger.
Very straight forward. It was a two interview process. Interviewed with manager and came back for a second interview. Second interview mostly consisted of filling out paperwork and job schedule.
