Quick and easy, was offered the job on the spot. No need for interview prep, but they do look for people who are eager to be trained. I thought the overall experience was fairly simple and onboarding was also easy.

The interview for Smash Burger was easy. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 30 mins. The onboarding was quick and simple. Overall it was a good experience.

Sat down and asked a couple of basic questions. The manager was laid back. Overall, it was not a hard process, not a lot of stress. Just make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability.
