it was a fun place to work but does get busy. people complain about pricing especially for the add ons. ability to get promoted quickly. very inclusive and thorough training

Filling out the application online was the most difficult part of the Hiring process. At the end of the application there was a long and challenge test with lots of math challenges (some of which stumped me a little) that I wasn't expecting to see on an application for a burger place. The interview itself was quite easy. They just asked me about myself, asked if I thought I could do the job and then invited me in that weekend to work a few hours so that could gauge how well I would do doing the actual job.

There really wasn't any thing difficult but I wasn't expecting them to actually have me come in and prove myself on the job before I was even hired. I actually liked that though because the job isn't very hard and I did well despite a large workload that day.

I was given a choice between names of situations and after choosing one was read the situation and asked how I would respond to it, this included around 15-20 situations/questions. I was also asked basic information such as if I had a health card, what my availability was, and what was the best way to get in touch with me.
