First round is a phone call round. It is easy and ask for basic information. Second round is an in-person interview with the director. They extended my offer and I accept it. However, one day after they rescind the offer without a reasonable reason. It is not a professional behavior.

Unfortunately, circumstances sometimes change after a candidate has received an offer, and, on rare occasions, it results in a candidate no longer being the best fit for that role.
