The first step of the interview process typically begins with a phone call and then may include a live meeting, which can take place via in-person, video conference or Skype. A recruiter will reach out to you to guide you through the logistics of scheduling. Once the interview is complete feedback will be discussed. It will then be determined if your experience, education and skills make you the best candidate for the job.

Colloquio
Applied online through the careers website. Hiring manager contacted after 3 weeks and had a short phone interview. Following that the recruiter called up to schedule onsite. On-site was a very short interview (3 hours). There were 2 interviews, first was with a panel of senior guys (managers) which was very good and second one was with quality engineers.
