A pretty standard interview process. The managing partner called me for a twenty-minute phone call to get a feel for my experience; then we set up an in person interview for later in the week. The in person interview was an enjoyable process. The managing partner tried hard to make me feel comfortable. He had a printed-out sheet of interview questions, but we had more of an informal conversation so he could gauge my ability.
