Very impressed by the interview process for graduates. Was interviewed firstly at University then a few were asked for a second interview at one of their managed estates over a whole day with interaction with the other candidates and a range of different partners and involved presentation on a subject, discussion forum and then individual interview. Found out within really quickly the outcome.
