Sent resume online, received a call the next day and the following day went in for an interview. The interview was 1 hour late and no one apologized for the delay. Not many questions asked was more of a conversation, and then information about training.
Great questions regarding the customer, talked about what I like about serving. Described the schedule and how a day would look like showed me around the restaurant and explained each section and functionality
