I have applied online. I revised a phone call from HR right the next day. After the initial phone screening, they sent me a coding challenge that should be completed in 4-5 hours. Challenges were related to SQL query, programing with Bash scripts, and Java problems(I think you had an option to change a Language). Then I had an interview with Smothstacker where he asked me technical questions, behavioral questions and then I had to do a project presentation of my most recent project that I developed. The whole process took 1 week. Smothstack team is great, everyone whom I met so far always has a caring approach. Great people! If you have programming/coding experience, recently completed some Bootcamp, or have a CS degree you can make it.
