Applied through school and then when i was selected to continue I was asked to submit an online application. Had a phone interview then about 2 weeks later I was asked to have an onsite interview/tour at a facility. Also had 2-3 aptitude tests.
Applied online through a recruitment company. Completed two online interviews, one with HR and future line manager and another with the mill manager they were both very friendly and relaxed.
