Unfortunately, the HR at Snap is very unprofessional. They've scheduled a call with me 3 separate times and each time they didn't call while I had already blocked my calendar. They do no respect people's time. I've heard this from other professionals as well. Tell us a lot about their company culture.
I had a zoom interview with my potential direct manager and director. Prior to this I had a phone interview with a recruiter. It was a relatively smooth process and I felt comfortable asking as many questions about the role as needed.
Average process and very well-organised. Great interviewing process with the team. Few interviews , all of them are not difficult. Didn’t get an offer but generally nice experience to have
