Interview questions had to align to each of Snap’s cultural pillars : Kind, Smart, Creative culture. Give me an example of a time when you exhibited each of these characteristics.

Screening interview first, then 30m interview with the hiring manager. Followed by an assessment day which was 2 hours of interviewing (4x30m back to back). Overall it was well mostly well organised but the interviewers were a bit inconsistent in the 2 hour segment. Three of them stuck to the script and followed a clear process, but my final one was a bit unprofessional and clearly had a personality clash and appeared very uninterested and asked irrelevant questions to the role which was quite offputting
