Phone interview and then in person interview with six different people. The total process was about four hours. Was offered the position in about two weeks and then decided it wasn't for me.
Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.
