Typical ghosting, done all the rounds but no feedback at the end. Recruiters should grow some balls and tell candidates what they were lacking, team/culture fit or was it the salary?

Nothing new here: prescreening, HR screening, home task. I was ghosted after sending a home task archive. The communication was poor from the very beginning, but the home task was ok, so I decided to make it.
