One-way interviews are impersonal and a waste of time.
I applied online and immediately received an email to complete a one-way interview. I completed it that same day, and never heard back from them. I feel like nobody even saw my interview. Waste of my time, energy, and it's unprofessional on their part to not even bother having someone reach out to me personally.
About a week later I reached out to someone on LinkedIn asking if they could put me in contact with the right person to follow up with on my application. They told me they'd let their colleague know that I reached out. I never heard back from anyone.
Don't waste peoples' time if you're not actually going to be considering them for the job.

Colloquio
First, there were reqesuired questions that needed to be answered in a pre-recorded format. AFter that submission a virutual interview was scheduled. The interviewer could not get their camera to work, and was late to the call. During the interview, the salary, responsibilities, approxmate start date, etc. was discussed. Then I was completed ghosted and they would not return my follow up email(s).
