I interviewed with Snapshot in early 2024 and their team was very welcoming and engaging. They were open, honest, and showed when they wanted you on their team. They were willing to work with me on timing and job description as well. I ended up getting offered a position, but decided on another role with another company (not an agency), but they portrayed themselves well. Most agencies do though so it's hard to know until you're in it, but they seemed better than most.

Interview process took a bit of time but the steps were overall easy. First they send a list of questions over email and then thy followed up a few weeks later to set up a zoom call.
