Applied through LinkedIn. Had about 7 to 8 rounds of interviews in the span of 4 months. Chased multiple times to understand what the hell was going on with my interview process. Got standard replies until months later I got a call from the People Team telling me there have been structural changes and lots of people I spoke with left or got fired, including the Design Director. Never heard from them again. The amount of interviews was ridiculous considering that with 8 interviews I was never asked to produce a case study or showcase my work and after the 5th I went along just because I had time to spare, but obviously lost any interest in the company.
