First step was online challenge on HackerRank. After passing I was invited to interview. I was given some simple tasks to solve while providing description of my thought process. After that I was asked a couple questions related to different technologies.

First step: coding test with 3 exercises. Word embedding and nlp neural net, computer vision neural net in pytorch, and algorithm implementation in c++. 2/3 tasks done, not enough to pass to the next interview.
